How do I access my Meditations?
Your audio file will be attached to your confirmation email. Please check your spam if you don’t see it in your inbox.
How do I access my course purchase?
Course content will be in the Alpha Zen app. You will access the content with your log in details from time of purchase.
If I can’t attend a live event after I’ve paid, is there a refund or credit for future event?
Refunds will be given with written requests made 48 hours prior to the event start time. Please contact alida@alidamdaniel.com to make this request.
If less than 48 hours is given, credit toward a future event will be offered but no refund.
What’s the difference between the app and 1-to-1 coaching?
The app features self-paced courses and options for group coaching. While there is some individual attention in the group coaching it does not have the customization that the 1-to-1 coaching does. Self-paced courses are done alone with access to community events but no direct or custom coaching.
What can I expect from 1-to-1 coaching?
This program is for those who need a custom path for addressing specific blockages. It’s a minimum 12 week course with weekly sessions. Each session will start with wins, discuss obstacles, review strategies for overcoming them, then set an assignment for the coming week.
Is there a discount or bundle deal for any of the courses, meditations or books?
Yes. The entire catalog of eBooks, meditations and courses are available as part of the paid Alpha Zen App Membership. More content is added each month to the app as well so that catalog will keep growing.
There is also a 15% monthly discount available on Oracle Nootropic (my brain supplement) for all current App Members and Coaching Clients.
