Hi! I’m Alida.

For almost 20 years, I battled with food addiciton, depression, and chronic illness. Haunted by traumas of my past, every day felt like I was drowining. Until one day where I woke up and realized that I had the power to change. I had the power to choose something different.

I devoted my energy to my healing, learned how to reprogram my mind, and shifted my relationship with food. And once I healed, I’d lost 80 pounds, resolved the chronic illness, and found joy like I’d never felt before.

That’s when I became a coach. Since 2004, I’ve been helping clients create healthier boundaries, learn to speak up for their needs, and have an intuitive relationship with food.

I struggled for years searching for answers to questions traditional ‘healthcare’ couldn’t solve. But when I discovered the difference between treating an illness vs treating the root cause, I was able to give my body the space it needed to release the need for illness. Taking a holistic approach means addressing ALL parts of an individual: the body, the mind and the spirit. Using the ancient science of Ayurveda combined with spiritual psychology, holistic nutrition and inspired action, my clients find balance and stability in their emotions and their habits. Allowing their bodies to return to a natural, empowered state of health.
